For those of you who join for the first time.

Almost all the exercises of Pilates focus on the back bone and the pelvis. This kind of exercise aims to fix the alignment of the body trunk into the right shape by combining it with the breathing of Pilates. Everybody can do the exercises regardless of age or gender because Pilates is the method that came originally from the rehabilitation of injured soldiers that was originated by Joseph H. Pilates, who was a German nurse. By continuing to do Pilates exercises, you can diminish your chronic pain, prevent injuries, recover good posture, and improve your performance. Pilates can not only enhance your inner muscles but can also improve the condition of your whole body.

- The first lesson fee is free for those taking part in our group lesson.
- Please bring a Pilates or yoga mat, sweat towel, and bottled water. You should use a thick mat. If you don't have any mat, you can use to want our Pilates mats. Please tell us that you would like to use a mat when you reserve a lesson. And please come in clothes appropriate for exercise.
- The studios where doing the exercises are different according to the days. Please confirm the day/time using the following time schedule.

- For the people who want to exercise with a friend or partner. We hold lessons for such people.
- When you want to reserve a lessons for two people, please tell us the date you want. We can organize the schedule with the same time and dates of private lessons, but not schedule of the group lessons.
- Lessons for two people are only to one men and one women or pairs of women.

Lessons for companies, firms, groups of friends, store staff

- For the health administration of employees who work in your company, why not introduce Pilates lessons? We can visit you and give lessons at your company.
- Pilates lessons are more effective for making healthy bodies, allaying stress, and fixing tired body. Feel free to ask us the about the schedule and the prices.

Online lesson with Zoom, Skype

- We hold the online lessons using app Zoom or Skype. The lesson fee is 2,000 yen per hour.
- You will be informed of your ID, password and payment method at the time of booking.

[ Group lessons ]

The first lesson fee is free for those taking part in our group lesson.

• One lesson (one hour) ; 1,500 yen or one coupon ticket.

[ Private lessons ]

Private lessons are women only.
• One lesson (one hour) ; 4,000 yen or three coupon tickets.

[ Lessons for two people ]

Lessons for two people are only to one men and one women or pairs of women.

• One lesson (one hour for two people) ; 5,000 yen or four coupon.

[ Coupon tickets ]

We also have coupons that can be used for group, private, and two people lessons.
• 5 coupon tickets ; 6,000 yen (1,200 yen per one ticket. The expiration date is TWO months from the date of issue.)
• 10 coupon tickets ; 11,000 yen (1,100 yen per one ticket. The expiration date is FOUR months from the date of issue.)

[ Lessons for company staff ]

The lesson fee will vary according to the number of staff members who join the lessons and the location of your company. Please feel free to contact us.

About us

Manager, Mat Pilates instructor : Naoko Koga
The mat Pilates instructor authorized BASI (Body Arts and Science International)

Naoko's home village is Otsuchi Iwate. She graduated from Miyagi Gakuin Women's university in 1986. From 2003 to 2016, lived in Tokyo, and has lived in Hanamaki since 2016. Naoko received the certificate of the mat Pilates instructor from BASI in 2018.
